We bring the shop to the driveway. You run a fully supplied mobile service van and knock out oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections right at the customer's home or fleet yard. No pit. No upselling. No chasing customers. We sell the work, you do the work.
What you'll do
- Drive a supplied, fully stocked Go Oil service van (fuel, tools, uniform all on us)
- Full synthetic oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections
- Connect vehicles to their OEM apps when needed (we train you)
- Service home customers and fleet sites for names like Amazon, U-Haul, and Enterprise
- Log your work on a tablet, photos and check-ins, simple and fast
The pay — you can't earn less than your hourly, only more
- $19/hr base, guaranteed. That's your floor, every shift, no matter what.
- You also earn per vehicle:
- $10 per vehicle work order ( Oil change and tire rotation ) completed
- $4 per standalone inspection only work order
- End of shift, we pay you whichever is higher, your hours or your jobs. Never both, always the bigger one.
- Example: an 8-hour shift pays $144 on base. Hit 20 vehicles that day and that's $200. You keep the $200.
- Slow day, the floor protects you. Busy day, your speed is your raise. You set the ceiling.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on with basic vehicle maintenance (certified or self-taught, both work)
- Valid driver's license and a clean abstract
- Someone who shows up, takes pride in the work, and treats the customer right
- Comfortable on a tablet for check-ins and photos
