HR Generalist
Design Build Solutions Group
(Development | Construction Management | Manufacturing)
About Us
We are a fully integrated design-build development company focused on developing and building multi-unit residential communities for seniors. Our business combines development, construction management, and manufacturing under one umbrella, giving us full control over quality, execution, and long-term asset performance.
In addition to our core development and construction operations, we also operate:
- a custom millwork fabrication company
- a load-bearing steel stud panelization and modular wall fabrication facility
We do not self-perform construction work on-site — all field trade work is subcontracted — allowing our team to focus on project leadership, coordination, quality, planning, and operational execution.
We are looking for an HR Generalist who can help build the people systems, culture, and operational structure needed to support multiple fast-moving businesses.
