Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pest Control Sales Person commission based to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling new commercial and residential accounts and have strong experience in the industry and able to identify and manage pest issues in residential and commercial properties. You will utilize your skills to effectively obtain new clients while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive approach to pest management and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for clients. This is a commission bases pay and you will receive 25% of each sale as your pay. If you good at sales This job is for you.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Sell new commercial and residential customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales performed, including treatment details and customer interactions.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and provide recommendations for maintaining a pest-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and best practices in pest control.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is mandatory.
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service offerings and upsell additional services when appropriate.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
- Preferred but not mandatory structural exterminator license.
