General Accountabilities
Prepare and cook recipes following portion and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
Assist with food prep, cutting, and restocking throughout the shift
Support dishwashing duties when needed
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen team
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
Complete other kitchen tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Work night shifts as needed (up to 12:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays)
Job Qualifications
Previous kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Able to work night shifts and weekends as needed
Fluent in English.
Team player with a positive attitude
Skills
At least 1 year cooking experience (preferred).
Excellent multi-tasking skills.
Experience working more than one station at a time (preferred).
Strong English communication skills.
Ability to maintain composure, professionalism, and ensure coworkers are supported in difficult and stressful situations.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and can lift up to 50lbs.
