ROLE SUMMARY
As part of the RDB team you will play a critical role in driving buyer behavior and ensuring Coca-Cola wins in the market. Merchandisers are tasked with positioning the right Coca-Cola products the right way, to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
- Merchandise Displays, Shelves and Coolers: Arrange and maintain product displays in retail stores, ensuring they are visually appealing and organized to maximize product visibility and sales. Ensure shelves and coolers are filled and arranged according to brand standard. As part of the sales team you also get to show of your creativity and design displays for current promotions!
- Stock Management: Monitor product inventory levels, restock shelves, and rotate products to ensure that older items are sold first (first-in, first-out method). We keep the backrooms neat and organized.
- Work as a Team: We support our clients as a team. It is key to work together with the Sales, Merchandising and Delivery teams to get our product in store and in the right locations to drive sales. That also means you are not alone - everyone is working to the same goal and here to help each other.
- Physical Requirements: Must be capable of lifting up to 75lbs in a safe manner as directed by Management and WCB requirements. This role often involves heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, so physical fitness and stamina are essential.

- No Experience Necessary - We are willing to train the right person.
- Must have a valid Class 5 Drivers License and provide a current Drivers Abstract
