Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Laborer specializing in Formwork to join our dynamic construction team.
Duties
- Vary from site prep work such as stone bases, rebar or hpb
- Operate heavy equipment is an asset to the team
- Assist with formwork for concrete projects
- Assist team leader and follow instructions
- Ability to learn quick
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a focus on concrete forming, carpentry, or related trades.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings essential for precise assembly of formwork.
- Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, or power tools required for efficient job site performance.
- Knowledge of rebar installation techniques, masonry work, welding processes, and flooring installation preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Experience in renovation or restoration projects involving caulking, concrete finishing, or structural repairs is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical aptitude combined with excellent teamwork skills to support diverse construction activities.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
