Wild Vibes Treat Co. is seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our growing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products. You’ll play an important role in helping create and package premium freeze-dried pet treats while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate, load, and unload production and packaging equipment
- Prepare, portion, and cut raw meat products as required
- Assemble, label, and package products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace through regular cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Follow food safety, quality control, and workplace safety protocols
- Assist with various production tasks and support other departments as needed
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or a production environment is considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety procedures and quality standards
- Basic English reading and writing skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Forklift certification is an asset, but not required

Pay: $18.85-$24.96 per hour
