Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members
- Ensure that stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain an organized and efficient work environment
- Utilize math skills to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bonus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
