We are an urban mill, bake shop, toast and espresso bar in Liberty Village.
We take premium organic Canadian heritage and ancient grains, stone mill them onsite and use it fresh in our bread that we bake in store daily.
We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals to help on our retail/toast bar. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about sourdough breads, pastries, coffee, and food in general.
Duties include, but not limited to:
-Helping educate customers enthusiastically on our daily bread, pastry, sandwich and coffee offerings.
-Efficiently assembling sandwiches and toasts made to order and ensuring all food products are going out are held to our standard.
-Prepping all necessary components and ingredients for sandwiches and ensuring the correct portions and measurements.
- Ability to handle high customer volume during peak hours, without compromising customer service or sandwich assembly.
- Follows all food and safety guidelines.
-Fulfilling online orders from various platforms including UberEats, Ritual, etc.
-Opening, closing and cleaning responsibilities and maintaining a clean work environment.

This is a fast paced environment that requires good communication skills with both customers and fellow employees. Multitasking with efficiency is a must while not compromising quality of food or service.
Experience with basic food prep is not required but is a bonus. Must be okay with handling deli meat and salmon.
