What You’ll Do
- Help lead and coach the sales team, along with managing their sale orders
- Drive sales and deliver amazing customer experiences
- Support scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and daily showroom operations
- Step in to run the store when the Store Manager is away
- Take charge of the high seasonal demand within our spring & summer retail business

- Leadership or key-holder experience in retail
- Sales-driven, organized, and great with people
- Strong coaching, people-development, and leadership skills

Total potential earnings of this role, including salary and bonus potential, ranges from $52,000 - $65,000
