Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes that optimize efficiency and quality.
- Utilize CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create detailed schematics and models for production equipment.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues related to industrial equipment and processes.
- Conduct analyses of production workflows to identify areas for improvement using Lean manufacturing principles.
- Fabricate prototypes and components as needed, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain documentation of engineering changes, process modifications, and production metrics.
- Provide training and support to production staff on new processes or equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all engineering activities.
Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for designing schematics and models.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex industrial equipment.
- Experience in programming for automation or process control is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing techniques to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to weld or fabricate components as required for specific projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members across various departments.

Pay: $42,109.30-$130,349.81 per year
