Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Store Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Train staff on product knowledge and fitting expertise to elevate sales and customer satisfaction.
- Motivate, guide, and support staff with positive, hands-on leadership.
- Ensure all customer issues are handled swiftly and professionally.
- Keep displays fresh, manage inventory, and follow all store protocols.
- Drive in-store promotions, follow up with customers, and set appointments to keep them coming back.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all store operations, processes, and procedures, ensuring visual and inventory guidelines are followed.
- Maintain up-to-date displays and ensured timely completion of retail price changes, promotions, and signage.
- Oversee team training in-store systems and secure all assets and the store according to company protocols.
- Model company policies, maintain accurate timecards, and ensure team compliance with meal period requirements.
- Provide motivational leadership, offering feedback, and enforcing a harassment-free workplace.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, training, and store inventory management while adhering to health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of supervised experience in a retail environment in a Lingerie Store.
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash-handling procedures
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management
- Excellent customer service and sales management abilities
- Demonstrated ability in time management and prioritizing tasks
- Knowledge of retail merchandising and pricing strategies
