Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled trades, and ensuring the smooth progress of building activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in construction-related activities is a plus but not required; training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills across multiple trades and contribute to high-quality building projects.
Duties
- Concrete grinding & Chipping
- Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and caulking guns to support construction activities
- Perform restoration work and apply construction painting techniques as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic construction equipment.
- Experience or familiarity with caulking, tile laying, restoration work, and painting techniques is a plus
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety and teamwork
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work out of town
