Sales Administrator - Delta

Our client in Delta, a leader in the food industry, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a temp position that may have the opportunity to become permanent

The key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Processing product sample requests, this is an administrative task. There can be any where from 5 -40 sample requests at one time.
  • Juggling many tasks at once is required, this is not a difficult task but can be a bit chaotic with keeping up with changes to the requests.
  • Process reports (excel experience with pivot tables would be preferred)
Data entry to help with 2020 prep
  • Other administration duties as required for Sales & Marketing and other departments

What do you bring to the table?
  • 2+ years work experience in Sales/Marketing and administrative experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focused
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Intermediate knowledge about computer systems such as Navision, MS Office Suite, Catalyst and Excel
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Can work in a fast paced environment, working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the manufacturing, food industry or sales broker/agency in sales support is an asset
