We are currently hiring a Gas Fitter Class B / Plumber with Gas Ticket (or registered apprentice) to join our field team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in mechanical piping, gas systems, plumbing, and utility or industrial environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, maintain, and repair gas systems, piping, and mechanical equipment
- Perform plumbing and gas fitting work on commercial, industrial, and utility projects
- Work on gas metering, regulation systems, and pressure control systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose gas and mechanical system issues
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Work safely around live gas systems and occupied job sites
- Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and clients
- Follow all BC safety regulations and gas codes
What We’re Looking For
- Gas Fitter Class B Ticket (required or strongly preferred)
- OR Registered Gas Fitter Apprentice (Level 2–4)
- Plumbing Certification (Red Seal or Journeyman Plumber) – asset
- Experience in gas fitting, plumbing, mechanical piping, or HVAC systems
- Background in utility, industrial, or commercial construction is an asset
- Strong knowledge of gas codes, safety procedures, and regulations in BC
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid BC Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
