Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Interlocking Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing and maintaining interlocking stone surfaces, with a focus on applying polymeric sand for durability and stability. Responsibilities
- Install and maintain interlocking stone surfaces with precision
- Apply polymeric sand to interlock joints for stability and weed prevention
- Ensure proper leveling, alignment, and finishing of interlocking surfaces
- Perform routine maintenance on interlocking stone installations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards on-site
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns
Experience
- Experience in hardscaping, interlocking stone installation, or a related field necessary
- Ability to work with various tools and machinery used in interlocking projects
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor and outdoor conditions
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
