Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential settings, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and inviting. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and an ability to work independently while managing time effectively. 15-20 Hours during the summer season and 15 hours per week during the off-season
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and neatly presented.
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners to understand their specific cleaning preferences and requirements.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Skills
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
- Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality settings is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients regarding their needs and expectations.
- Familiarity with proper cleaning techniques and the use of various cleaning products.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to cooking and household management.
