We are hiring for a Long Term, Full Time Cafe Team Member to join our growing cafe team.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently lead a team during busy shifts.
This is a varied role rather than one single station. Depending on the day and shift, you may be baking, preparing food in the kitchen, making drinks as a barista, serving customers, completing prep work or helping wherever needed to keep the café running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys that variety and is comfortable moving between responsibilities throughout their shift.
This role is a mix of:
- Hands-on cafe work
- Team leadership
- Customer service
- Problem solving and decision making
We are looking for someone who can confidently handle day-to-day operational challenges such as:
- Customer concerns or complaints
- Ingredient shortages or substitutions
- Mechanical or equipment issues
- Delegating tasks and keeping staff on track
- Maintaining cafe standards during busy periods
This is a leadership role, but also a hands-on role. You will be actively involved in serving customers, preparing food and beverages, cleaning, stocking, and supporting the team throughout the shift.
We are a licensed venue, therefore applicants must be 18+ and hold valid ProServe certification.
Tips are shared equally on a weekly hourly basis, so all staff receive equal shared tips.
We are looking for a long-term team member who wants to grow with us.
