Property Management Administrator
We are a growing development/property management company looking for a Property Management Administrator. This is a key position responsible for the daily operations of the multiple buildings in Penticton. You will work closely with head office to ensure rent collection, vacancy management, and repairs & maintenance are at peak efficiency.
Prior experience with building management and administrative work are assets but not required. You will be provided with full training.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, results oriented “go getter” with high follow-through. He/she is comfortable wearing multiple hats & juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:
Tenant Management:
- Ensure timely collection of rental payments by making phone calls, in person visits, & sending notices when necessary
- Ensure that residents’ issues & service requests are addressed in a timely manner
- Respond to building or in-suite emergencies
- Communication & enforcement of building rules & regulations
Vacancy Management:
- Monitor & review vacancy reports with head office on an on-going basis
- Coordinate with leasing administrator to set up showing appointments
- Conduct unit showings with prospective tenants
- Assist prospective tenants with filling out leasing paperwork
Property Repairs & Maintenance:
- Schedule cleaning & repair of turnover suites
- Coordinate with head office & vendors to implement effective repairs & maintenance
- Coordinate & monitor progress of repairs, maintenance & renovations carried out on buildings
- Manage tenant maintenance requests, including proper follow-up to ensure satisfaction & timely completion
- Inspection of buildings & vacant suites to report on any deficiencies
- Manage & schedule staff required for maintenance, cleaning, garbage removal, landscaping, etc.
- Ensure site is well maintained & kept tidy
Perform other duties as assigned by the senior management.

· A valid dridriver'scense & vehicle are required to accomplish the assigned tasks
Compensation:
$40,000 - $50,000
