Pricing - Competitive Intel Data-Mining:
Manage competitive daily Hardware Pricing
Manage competitive daily Service Pricing for weekly recap
Track competitive flyer and lease-line activity, assess traffic impact
Work with BI team on Channel Dashboard
Ensure functionality is consistently running
Ensure developing features meet our requirements
Track development for upcoming launches
Call Report Automation
Create and maintain interactive data cube for Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to manage Call reporting. Continually Develop/enhance to deliver insights to improve RSM performance management
Work with IT and In-Store Process to manage store escalations
Efficiently determine escalation-drivers
Follow up with national field team
Maintain robust tracking, rooting out breakdowns in our processes
Provide weekly tracking to RSMs

Location : 200 Boul. Bouchard, Dorval, Q. or 5025 Creekbank Road, Mississauga, ON.
Bilingualism is required (English and French) for Dorval location; adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
