YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the calendar of the Can-Am 3R director.
See to the organization and prioritization of meetings and / or conference calls and ensure their proper functioning.
Coordinate meetings and follow-ups related to the governance of the Can-Am 3R engineering director.
Rigorously follow budgets and projections (TM1, SAP, Concur, journal entries, invoicing, etc.) for the Can-Am 3R engineering director.
Prepare and proceed with various purchase requests.
Coordinate and organize travel, in accordance with established policies and complete the expense accounts of the director and project managers.
Provide administrative support to the project managers of the Can-Am 3R team, do the various follow-ups for the Can-Am 3R team (holidays, Timesheet, access tracking, etc.) and when new employees arrive.
Administer and process various information and confidential documents.
Maintain a good clear, precise and documented filing system.
Participate in meetings with other administrative assistants to share working methods.
Provide administrative support for various departments (sorting and distributing mail, managing service desk requests and booking meeting rooms, taking care of printer maintenance, etc.).
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Professional degree in secretarial and / or College dregree in Office automation techniques or other relevant training.
Have three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in a multinational company.
Very good command of French and English, both oral and written.
Good knowledge of the following software: Word, Excel, Power Point (Windows).
A very good knowledge of SAP is required.
Good decision-making skills, good judgment and initiative.
Great organizational skills, thoroughness and attention to detail.
Good ability to prioritize.
Excellent sense of customer service.
Discretion and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
This role is located in Valcourt, Quebec.
