We are hiring for Class 1 Drivers for Local work in Calgary Area for one of our best customer.
Container Work/Dry Van
Pickup and Drop
$25 an hour
Night Shift with Skid delivery
Driver has to work in Calgary and go to Lethbridge and Edmonton Area.
```Duties```
- Safely operate a commercial truck to transport goods and materials to and from specified destinations
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork, such as delivery receipts and bills of lading, are completed accurately and submitted on time
- Perform routine inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the truck
- Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and cargo area
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members
```Requirements```
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Experience operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts or other freight handling machinery
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
