Schedule: Thursday and Friday 12pm-8pm
- Minimum one year of relevant experience considered an asset
- Diploma or Certificate in Aesthetics required
- Familiarity with standard spa concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong team player with a positive and professional attitude
- Flexible availability, including days, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and recommend upgrades or additional services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills

The Aesthetician is responsible for performing a variety of aesthetic services, including manicures and pedicures, in accordance with Spa policies, procedures, and professional certifications. The role includes delivering exceptional customer service while recommending appropriate retail products, service upgrades, and additional treatments to enhance the guest experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a high level of product and Spa knowledge, ensuring treatment rooms, tools, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized daily, maintaining accurate guest records, and communicating any client concerns, complaints, or health and safety issues to the Spa Director in a timely manner. The successful candidate will also contribute to maintaining a professional, clean, and relaxing Spa environment while supporting overall guest satisfaction and retention.
