Customer Care Associate — The UPS Store Terwillegar
Are you a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Our UPS Store location in Edmonton is looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Care Associate to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services
- Process shipments via UPS and DHL, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- Operate printing, copying, and binding equipment for customer print jobs
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate cash/till records
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Resolve customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally
- Support light administrative tasks (faxing, mailbox rentals, UPS claims, etc.)
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy retail environment
- Basic computer skills (email, POS systems, Microsoft Office an asset)
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Taking initiative, going beyond what is required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail, customer service, or shipping experience an asset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and basic office software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be available to work weekdays and Saturdays

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
