We are looking for a dependable, organized individual who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys seeing projects through from the shop to the jobsite.
Responsibilities
- Perform final quality inspections on completed cabinets.
- Verify cabinets against production and packing lists.
- Wrap and protect cabinets for shipping.
- Check off completed items before shipment.
- Organize, palletize, and prepare orders for delivery.
- Safely operate a forklift to load and unload trucks.
- Deliver cabinets and materials to construction sites using company vehicles.
- Confirm all cabinets have been delivered to the correct unit or designated location.
- Report any missing or damaged items before leaving the site.
- Keep the shipping and staging areas organized and clean.
- Assist with cabinet assembly and other shop duties as required.
Qualifications
- Experience working in cabinet manufacturing, millwork, woodworking, or a production environment is an asset.
- Forklift experience is preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate).
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Comfortable lifting and moving cabinets and materials throughout the day (50 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs occasionally).
- Able to work independently while staying organized.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
