We are looking to hire a personable, patient, kind-hearted, dog-loving computer savvy office manager. The candidate must be very organized and quick to learn in a fast paced office where responsibilities would include
- answering the phone/emails,
- payroll, office organization,
- ordering supplies,
- daily office deep cleaning,
- scheduling for 7 practitioners and stock/inventory organization.
- The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and the ability to quickly learn computer programs. Prior experience with the JaneApp software (or equivalent) and direct billing to insurance companies are required. Basic accounting and general administration it would be an asset
- The applicant should be available for immediate training and start. The position is for roughly 30-40 hours per week with office hours 9:00-6:00 Monday through Friday (and subject to change).
