As we continue to expand our footprint across Canada and internationally, we're looking for a Marketing Manager who can elevate the brand, create memorable campaigns, and drive meaningful growth across retail, digital, and franchise channels.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven marketer who understands that great brands are built through memorable experiences—not just advertisements.
As the Marketing Manager, you'll lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen the Sprinkles brand, drive customer engagement, support franchise growth, and create excitement around new products, seasonal collections, and bakery openings.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Brand & Campaign Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social media, PR, and in-store channels.
- Develop seasonal campaigns, holiday promotions, product launches, and limited-time offerings.
- Ensure Sprinkles' premium brand identity, voice, and visual standards remain consistent across every customer touchpoint.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Digital Marketing & Customer Growth
- Work closely with the social media and creative teams to execute engaging digital campaigns.
- Support email marketing, loyalty initiatives, paid media, and website promotions.
- Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Analyze customer insights to improve campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.
Retail & Franchise Marketing
- Partner with operations and franchise teams to support bakery openings, grand openings, and local store marketing initiatives.
- Create marketing toolkits and promotional assets for franchisees.
- Develop campaigns that drive both in-store traffic and online ordering.
- Ensure a consistent customer experience across all bakery locations.
Partnerships & Brand Collaborations
- Identify and manage partnerships with complementary brands, influencers, creators, and local communities.
- Support experiential marketing initiatives, sampling events, and strategic collaborations.
- Build campaigns that create excitement and strengthen Sprinkles' position as a premium dessert destination.
Planning, Analytics & Performance
- Own annual marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance across all channels and optimize using customer insights and data.
- Present marketing results, recommendations, and growth opportunities to leadership.
Who You Are
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or growth marketing.
- Experience within food & beverage, hospitality, retail, consumer packaged goods, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer experience.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
- Strategic thinker who enjoys both planning and rolling up their sleeves to execute.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Passionate about premium brands, food, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working with franchise or multi-location retail brands.
- Experience with loyalty programs, CRM, or customer lifecycle marketing.
- Background managing influencer campaigns and brand partnerships.
- Experience launching new products or seasonal campaigns.
- Knowledge of retail marketing analytics and customer insights.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
