Program Coordinator Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Program Coordinator to join our team of amazing individuals! The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs to ensure their successful implementation and execution. This is an immediate start position within two weeks.
Duties
Plan, organize, and coordinate program activities from conception to completion
- Recruit, train, support, and supervise education staff.
- Assist with telephone and in person program enquires. - Provide leadership and guidance to program participants and staff.
- Manage administrative tasks related to program implementation.
- Collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness.
-Booking programs and venues ( shared responsibility)
-Misc tasks such as social media and assisting the director on projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management and program coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in supervising staff or volunteers is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.01-$32.01 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 44.0 per week
