FULL TIME FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN NEEDED FOR BUSY REAL ESTATE OFFICE
Must also be willing to cover "time off" for all three of our offices located in St. Catharines, Grimsby & Fonthill (including vacation coverage)
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of office experience
- Pleasant Telephone Manner
- Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills
- Ability to answer a busy switchboard
- Ability to Multi-Task in a fast paced environment
- Dedicated Individual with a Cheerful & Friendly Personality
- Good Computer Skills & Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Real Estate Knowledge of Mattrix, Brokerloading, Brokerbay & Webforms would be very beneficial, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to Learn New Systems
- Fast & Accurate Keyboarding Skills
- Reliable TransportationWork Remotely
