Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry-Level Administrative Coordinator & Bookkeeper & Financial Support Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to ensure data accuracy
- Assist with account reconciliation and budgeting activities to support financial planning
- Support payroll processing and related administrative tasks
- Organize and file financial documents, invoices, and receipts systematically
- Assist with general administrative duties including data entry, correspondence, and scheduling
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations and reporting deadlines are met
- Contribute to process improvements within bookkeeping and administrative workflows
Skills
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is highly desirable
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and payroll procedures
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to perform account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis accurately
- Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable management
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within teams
