Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other essentials as needed
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to prevent accidents or damage
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning procedures and confidentiality
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, can train.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices is a plus
