Smoky Lake Forest Nursery Ltd. is hiring general greenhouse labourers to join our team for Summer Harvest (June 1 - July 31). Job location is approximately 19 km east of Smoky Lake, AB.
Key Responsibilities May Include (but are not limited to):
· Grading/Stacking/Wrapping Seedlings
· Boxing seedlings
· Washing/stacking/wrapping blocks for storage
· Building boxes/labelling boxes
· Stacking boxes
· Loading shipment trucks
· General greenhouse work, cleaning, setup, and maintenance as required
Requirements:
· No experience is necessary!
· Fast-paced environment
· Repetitive tasks
· Handling heavy loads (physically demanding)
· Standing for extended periods
· Bending, crouching, kneeling
· Attention to detail
· Hand-eye co-ordination
· Requires own transportation to/from site
Starting wages at $18.34/hour. Based on 40 hr/week, Monday to Friday 8am till 4:30pm. May require shift extended hours including weekends. Please forward your resume to [email protected].
