Key Responsibilities:
Barista Duties: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with excellence and efficiency. Barista experience is highly valued, as crafting top-notch coffee is at the heart of what we do.
Customer Service: Engage with our customers to provide a welcoming and satisfying cafe experience. This includes taking orders with a friendly demeanor, answering questions about our menu and offerings, and ensuring all customer needs are met with a smile.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to maintain a smooth flow of operations. Good communication skills are essential for coordinating with both front and back-of-house team members to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Cleanliness and Maintenance: Take pride in maintaining a clean and inviting environment. This includes regular cleaning of the cafe space, maintaining work areas during shifts, and ensuring all equipment is kept clean and functional.

Previous barista experience strongly preferred.
