Store Manager

What You’ll Do
As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the success of the store by setting the tone for exceptional service and strong team performance. You will lead, coach, and inspire your team while ensuring operational excellence across all areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members to build a strong, engaged workforce
- Maintaining a safe and compliant environment for both employees and customers in line with health and safety standards
- Building relationships within the community, including clients, healthcare professionals, and referral partners
- Overseeing day-to-day store operations such as inventory management, administration, financial processes, and loss prevention
- Executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, including pricing strategies, promotions, and in-store displays
- Identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and enhance overall profitability
- Supporting service delivery and contractual obligations where applicable
- Contributing to business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Promoting an inclusive and respectful workplace that values diversity and collaboration
