Business Development Representative AV & Systems Integration | Calgary
We're recruiting on behalf of a global leader in live productions, systems integration, and virtual technology a company with over 2,000 passionate people worldwide and more than 45 years of delivering spectacular experiences on the world's biggest stages.
They're expanding in Calgary and need a driven Account Executive to own and grow a territory from the ground up.
What you'll be doing:
Prospecting and developing new business across your Calgary territory
Presenting innovative AV and technology solutions to clients across key industries
Managing the full sales cycle from first call to closed deal
Representing the brand at tradeshows and industry events
Working cross-functionally with internal teams to build compelling proposals
What you bring:
4+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of territory development
A hunter mentality competitive, persistent, and motivated by results
Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine customer-first mindset
Post-secondary education in business, marketing, engineering, or project management (or equivalent experience)
Valid driver's license
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary $80,000 $100,000 with OTE of $160,000 CAD
