Ready to trade routine general dentistry for a high-tech, specialized orthodontic role?
Glow Orthodontics is looking for a licensed Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to lead our digital intake process. If you want to move away from constant room setups and suctioning to focus on digital technology, patient interaction, and clinical precision, this position offers that shift.
As our New Patient Coordinator, you will manage the entire clinical diagnostic process for new patients, using modern digital tools to gather accurate records for customized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital 3D Scanning: Perform precise intraoral scans using iTero technology—no manual impression materials required.
- Diagnostic Imaging: Produce clear, accurate digital Panoramic and Cephalometric X-rays.
- Clinical Photography: Capture high-detail extraoral and intraoral photos for diagnostic evaluations.
- Patient Engagement: Act as the main clinical contact during first visits, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients and parents.
No Ortho Module? That isn’t a dealbreaker. If you hold a valid BC CDA license, possess strong digital aptitude, and bring a great attitude, we will provide full specialized orthodontic training.

- Comfort and proficiency with modern clinical software and diagnostic equipment.
