KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Early Childhood Educator or Early Childhood Educator Assistant Certificate
- Hold and maintain the Level 1 First Aid certification
- Maintain a clear Criminal Record
- Willing to learn and complete all required Academics Teacher Training
- Infant and Toddler/ Special Need certification considered an asset
- Ability to use the computer to input developmental data, daily report, IXL etc.
- Ability to effectively plan, organize and implement educational activities
- Ability to make decisions on behalf of the children and protect their well-being
- Must be able to manage confidential information
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in case of emergency

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

- North Vancouver, BC V7L 3J4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Flexible between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
- Open to seasonal adjustment
Experience:
- Early Childhood Educator: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- ECE(A) certificate (required)
