The inside Sales Support Coordinator provides administrative and sales support to the sales team to help drive growth in warehousing, transportation, co-packing and other supply chain services. This role is responsible for lead generation activities, appointment setting, customer data management, and supporting sales representatives throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or administrative support. Experience using Apollo, CRM Platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Experience in transportation, warehousing, logistics or supply chain operations is considered an asset.
Duties:
Sales Administration
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and customer information
Maintain accurate customer and prospect records in the CRM system
Assist with proposal preparation, quotations, and customer documentation
Coordinate follow-up activities and track sales opportunities
Lead Generation and Prospecting
Utilize Apollo and other sales prospecting tools to identify and qualify potential customers
Build and maintain prospect databases for warehousing, transportation, co-packing and logistics services
Conduct outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach to generate sales opportunities
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
Support lead nurturing campaigns and follow-up activities
Appointment Setting
Contact prospective customers to introduce company services
Schedule meetings, discovery calls, and presentations for sales representatives
Coordinate calendars and confirm appointments
Track appointment outcomes and maintain records of sales activities
Customer and Sales Support
Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate sales representative
Assist with customer onboarding and information gathering
Support sales representatives with account management activities
Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and opportunities
Reporting & Data Management
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, appointments and lead status
Generate weekly and monthly activity reports
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and appointment setting
Ensure data integrity within Apollo, CRM and other sales systems
Performance Expectations
Consistently maintain and update prospect databases
Meet appointment setting and lead generation targets
Provide timely support to sales representatives
Maintain accurate and complete CRM records
Contribute to the achievement of company sales and growth objectives
Pay: $23.00 per hour
1% Commission to inside sales person
