Grime Fighters Service Group Ltd. is an exterior property maintenance company operating throughout the Lower Mainland for over 10 years. We’ve been expanding 25% year over year, and we don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. We’re seeking an Assistant Production Manager to join us in fighting grime.

The Assistant Production Manager reports directly to, and works closely alongside, our Production Manager. The Assistant Production Manager is a key role that oversees all estimating activities, including quotes and onsite quote meetings. Additionally, they’ll assist the Production Manager with scheduling, customer service, and human resources.




  • Complete all in-field estimates
  • Schedule and attend all in-field quote meetings
  • Present client with appropriate sales pitch and marketing materials
  • Prepare job notes for all in field estimates and upload them to Salesforce
  • Prepare an accurate budget hours quote from the Quote Calculator and upload it to Salesforce
  • Communicate to the Sales Manager via Salesforce that the quote is completed

Winter Management

  • Conduct in-person interviews of Seasonal Truck Leaders and relay successful candidates to Administration Superhero
  • Estimate and build out operational specs for all winter management locations
  • Hire/Train all Seasonal Truck Leaders on winter management best practices
  • Assist in managing all field operations during snowstorms
  • Assist in managing all salting events
  • Assist in equipment inventory and maintenance tasks
  • Assist Sales Manager with any ice melt sales logistics

Scheduling/Customer Service/HR (to be done during Production Manager’s absence)

  • Schedule all work orders from the “Waiting to be Scheduled” queue onto the calendar
  • Plan and detail all multi-day projects and prepare the information for notices
  • Communicate the schedule via email and notices to the client
  • Assign work orders to Supervisors and Technicians in the most effective way possible.
  • Communicate job details to Supervisors in Salesforce Work Orders
  • Maintain regular communication with Supervisors to monitor progress of daily schedule.
  • Make scheduling adjustments to maximize crew efficiency
  • Keep communication with clients regarding work progress
  • Attend deficiency meetings when required and schedule all deficiency work orders
  • Make sure that hours inputted by Work Crew are accurate and allocated to the correct work orders
  • Communicate scheduling/production issues and changes with all residents, property managers and building manager/ engineers.
  • Conduct in-person interviews of Seasonal Truck Leaders and relay successful candidates to Administration Superhero
  • Assist with Payroll in the absence of the Production Manager


  • Attend weekly company meetings
  • Attend Sales Meeting with GM and Sales Manager
