Are you a coffee enthusiast with a passion for crafting the perfect brew? We're searching for a talented barista to join our team and elevate the coffee experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision. Create latte art to delight our customers
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using square POS
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Follow food safety guidelines when handling food items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a register when needed
- Basic math skills for calculating orders and making change
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and willingness to follow proper procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work shifts between Tuesday-Sunday.
- Ability to work solo and in a team setting
- Ability to familiarize with current offerings, ingredients and potential allergies
