Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Apartment Units Cleaner to join our team at MQN Janitorial cleaning.The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within apartment units, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of apartment units, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas within the apartments
- Replace linens, trash removal, and restocking of supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and supplies properly
- Adhere to scheduling deadlines to ensure timely turnover of units
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness consistent with company policies and resident expectations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work. is preferred
- Experience with industrial or commercial cleaning is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
- Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures is desirable
