What You’ll Be Doing
- Structural Assembly: Assemble and secure solar racking and mounting hardware systems to industry standards
- Module Installation: Install solar panels with high-quality, tucked wire management for a clean, professional finish
- Site Stewardship: Safely handle tools and equipment while maintaining an organized, clean, and hazard-free job site
- Collaborative Execution: Work as a key member of a fast-paced, high-output crew to ensure projects are completed and commissioned on time
- Technical Assistance: Support Journeyman Electricians during installation and system setup
Candidate Requirements
- Safety-First Mindset: Comfortable working at heights, on sloped roofs, and in various outdoor weather conditions
- Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and meet the physical demands of full-day on-site work
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license required (abstract driving record preferred)
- Certifications: Fall Protection certification required; additional safety certifications are considered strong assets
