Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Spray Foam Insulation Site Supervisor to oversee and manage insulation projects at various construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project quality, safety, and efficiency while leading a team of workers. This role requires strong construction management skills, technical knowledge of insulation systems, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. The Site Supervisor will coordinate daily operations, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities related to spray foam insulation installation, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee the work of insulation technicians, providing guidance and supervision to maintain productivity and quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to plan work sequences effectively
- Manage project schedules using construction management software
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and assist with construction estimating to ensure cost control
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle to verify workmanship meets industry standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment on-site
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in construction or insulation projects, preferably with spray foam insulation systems
- Strong background in construction management software
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and budgeting processes
- Familiarity with quality control procedures within the construction industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship
- Construction experience specifically related to spray foam insulation is highly desirable
