Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and organized Taxi Service Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating taxi drivers, handling customer calls, dispatching rides efficiently, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and booking requests.
Dispatch drivers to pickup locations using the dispatch system.
Monitor driver locations and trip progress.
Communicate with drivers regarding assignments and service updates.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of trips and dispatch activities.
Assist with administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and experience with dispatch software (preferred).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous dispatch or customer service experience is an asset.
