Job Title: Room Attendant

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role is essential in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and meet Best Western brand standards. The Room Attendant plays a key role in delivering a positive guest experience through cleanliness and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel and brand standards

Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities

Clean bathrooms, vacuum floors, dust surfaces, and remove garbage

Ensure all rooms are inspected and ready for arriving guests

Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly

Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean and organized manner

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Assist with cleaning public areas as needed
Qualifications:
-
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset but not required

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable with good attendance and punctuality

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs

Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
