You’ll put our programmatic plans into action, across multiple platforms. You’ll handle everything from planning and activation to optimisation and reporting . You’ll succeed because…
…you’ve managed programmatic display or video campaigns before. You’ve experience of ad servers like DoubleClick, Sizmek and Adform. You understand DSPs such as MediaMath and DMB. You can work with verification tools including DV, IAS and MOAT. You have outstanding Excel and data interpretation skills. You’re organised and proactive and learn new systems and technologies with ease.

What You'll Be Doing
Ability to translate Insights into Communications Strategy that will be brought to life through Activations and Tactical Media and Digital Plans
Ensure all media plans have been optimized to balance effectiveness as well as efficiencies and have the correct target audiences and guardrails
Pressure test the ability of media agencies to implement required media strategy and KPIs.
Define media agency scope of work – i.e. Staffing / RACI / Resources / Timings / Systems and Tools
Drive agency to optimize Comms Plans to ensure KPI goals are met
Negotiate direct media owner deals over above agency T&Cs to generate incremental savings and/or value across all media channels & platforms.
Manage total media budget, ensure all key financial commitments are met and savings & barter TC targets delivered.
Continually evaluate and assess new media opportunities both long & short term
Monitor and evaluate current buying strategies, across all media and make appropriate recommendations that can deliver better effectiveness and efficiencies
Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) discussions with key partners to maximize impact of current marketing efforts as well as future proofing our marketing & media strategies. This will involve:
Bring key learnings from brand activations back to the brand team to drive insight efficiencies and best practices
Building a strong relationship with the RB US media team to understand best practices and new developments
RB Global Media Liaison
Is This You?
Minimum 4 years media experience, with a proven track record of successful major negotiations with leading media providers (TV and Digital)
Strong business leadership with proven examples of ability to spearhead strategic media planning initiatives
Bachelors degree level in a business or communications related subject
Strong negotiation skills and extensive media trading experience across both traditional and digital channels
Inspire trust, create direction, drive organizational alignment, build organization vitality, execute and produce results
Ability to challenge the status quo and the ability to manage and deliver change
Strong analytical and strategic thinker
Strong leadership skills- Coaching and Listening
