As we continue to expand nationwide, we are looking for an experienced Business Account Executive who can develop strategic relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help accelerate our growth.
Position Summary
The Business Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business, developing long-term customer relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
This position is ideal for an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience selling security solutions to construction, industrial, commercial, and enterprise customers.
Compensation
- $70,000 CAD annual base salary
- 6% uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with construction companies, industrial facilities, general contractors, property managers, developers, municipalities, and commercial organizations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records using Odoo CRM.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure successful customer onboarding and ongoing account management.
- Negotiate commercial agreements while maintaining profitability.
- Represent Aventyr Security Corp. at networking events, industry conferences, and customer meetings.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging security technologies.
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 5 years of Business Development or Account Executive experience within the commercial security industry.
- Demonstrated success selling security solutions including one or more of:
- Remote Video Monitoring
- CCTV Systems
- Mobile Surveillance Units
- Construction Site Security
- Alarm Monitoring
- Access Control
- Guarding Services
- Experience working with industrial, construction, infrastructure, commercial, and enterprise customers.
- Strong B2B relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value commercial accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Experience using CRM software (experience with Odoo CRM is considered an asset).
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel when required.
Preferred
- Existing network of contacts within the construction, industrial, or commercial sectors.
- Experience selling recurring service agreements.
- Experience responding to RFPs and commercial tenders.
