We are searching for a passionate Cook/Managers to join our fast-paced team!
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu. You will work alongside other cooks to ensure timely and efficient meal service for our guests. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a professional kitchen who is looking to hone their culinary skills and contribute to a successful restaurant operation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Portion and plate food attractively
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Stock and maintain prep areas
- Assist other cooks in the kitchen as needed
- Learn and adhere to kitchen safety protocols
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a professional kitchen
- Experience in preparing a variety of cuisines (a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
