What you'll do

  • Create a welcoming environment for our guests by ensuring homes are cared for and cleaned to Vacasa standard
  • Oversee all aspects of Housekeeping for the portfolio of homes in the assigned market
  • Monitor the housekeeping assignments schedule daily to ensure coverage
  • Review assignments for hours logged to avoid incomplete assignments
  • Supervise housekeeping contractors to ensure they meet Vacasa standards
  • Assist with cleans as needed
  • Complete and delegate regular inspections of homes to maintain standard cleanliness
  • Complete inspections of homes prior to guest arrival
  • Work closely with the Local Operations Managers to support guest and homeowner relationships
  • Identify maintenance issues and work with maintenance team to resolve them in a timely manner
  • Administer supply, inventory and storage programs
  • Plan, organize and lead meetings while encouraging team participation
  • Act as Client Operations Manager's representative during their scheduled days off and as requested
  • Lead the Deep Clean program for the territory. Assisting and doing the deep cleans at times.
  • Correspond in a positive, professional and enthusiastic manner with guests and homeowners.
  • This is not a 9-5 job; you could be called upon after normal business hours and on weekends and flexibility is key. You will be the boots on the ground when our guests need assistance.

  • High comfort level with technology. Our custom developed management software has set Vacasa apart as an industry leader. We use our system to manage all aspects of our business.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between the properties in the region
  • Housekeeping experience
  • Experience with supply ordering and inventory management
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds
