Your Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or Customer services (hotel services, retail, call centre or restaurants) Preferred
- Effective verbal communication ability in English
- Driven by providing positive customer experience with natural ability to connect with customers for successful outcomes
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to deal with customers professionally at all times
- Enjoy results-oriented environment
- Comfortable navigating on screen software with strong keyboard skills
